2. The payment type options

After placing an order,

Screenshot the QR code provided and open M2U or CIMB app or your prefered bank app.

At the QRPAY page, upload the QR code image from gallery and proceed with the payment.

Once payment has been done, proceed to upload the receipt on the page after placing an order.

(b) Bank in transfer manually

You can bank transfer to my CIMB bank 

(account number will be available on the page after placing an order)

1. How long will my order be shipped?
Usually within 2-3 days after purchase.

2. What type of courrier you will be using?
I will be using Flash Express as my main courrier. I will opt other courrier if Flash Express can't send to the receiver's address.

3. Can I track my order?
Yes, your tracking number will be sent through your EMAIL once it's been drop off to the courier. You can track it through easyparcel website by clicking the link. Please make sure your phone number and email is correct.

4. Can I return my order?
All sales are FINAL. However, I am able to offer refunds in the instance of ceramic arriving broken or damaged. If the ceramic arrived broken into smaller pieces, take picture of your ceramic together with the box and contact me through my email hi.himestudiogallery@gmail.com or you can DM me at my instagram.

1. Is my ceramic pieces Food Safe?
Yes, every ceramics sold here have been glaze with lead-free glaze, thus it is Food Safe. Make sure to clean with soap & dry it after use for each functional ware such as mugs, cups, tea sets and bowls.

All ceramics are food safe UNLESS stated otherwise at the product description

2. I can see slight imperfections in my items!
As every ceramics are handmade from scratch not a machine, do expect a bit of flaw. Noted that I do my best to make the best outcome that I can, but there will be a bit of flaw in every handmade items.
